How to keep your salespeople engaged

Success in sales and business activities in general is to a large extent dependent on the approach of the given individual to their job. Your task as a manager is, among other things, ensuring that your subordinates feel as comfortable as possible in their job and do not build up an aversion to it, which might eventually end up with a case of burnout.
