Inbound leads: a blessing you need to work on

It really is great: someone identified a business problem and found you on the Internet. Your services seemed to be a potential solution for the problem.

Your landing page converted the visitor and now you are here, having a conversation with that person. But after the meeting is over, the lead never calls back. The possible opportunity for business never returns. What to do?
