How not to start a sales e-mail: five deterrent examples

Even though e-mail is one of the least effective ways of addressing prospects, it can still be of considerable use if written in a good and interesting way. But this will not apply if you include any of the five examples of e-mail introductions listed below. You should print these out and staple them on your notice board with a big exclamation mark so that you know never to use such phrases.
