One such solution will soon be launched by the LinkedIn professional social network. The product, entitled LinkedIn Talent Insights, should offer recruiters two types of reports: the Talent Pool and the Company report.
Official launch in mid-2018
The Talent Pool Report shows specific talent groups based on their place of residence, schools they graduated from or industries they work in. Recruiters should also get an idea of how difficult it is to hire the talent they are looking for and how interested these people are in their companies.
The Company Report allows HR professionals to analyse talent in their companies and helps them better understand how the companies are successful in hiring and retaining talent. Companies can then further develop their recruitment strategies and employer branding accordingly.
The reports will be processed in an interface similar to LinkedIn Recruiter, which is familiar to recruiters seeking talent via this network. Visualised outputs can be exported and shared with superiors or within HR teams.
"LinkedIn Talent Insights is just the first step in our longer term vision to incorporate more data and insight offerings into our talent products," said Eric Owski, the head of LinkedIn Talent Insights.
