Benefits of an introverted employee; or, Why you should hire introverts

A team player, a precise, creative and active individual who gets along with colleagues. This is the standard idea managers and recruitment agents have about the personality of a candidate they would like to see at their company. But often it is a mistake to prefer an extroverted, talkative person over an introvert who initially seems shy. This article will describe the benefits of a more introverted employee, and why you should not automatically regard introverted candidates as less suitable.
