As the choice of quality and experienced employees is growing thinner, companies are ceasing, due to existential reasons, to look at just experience and points in CVs when they are hiring; rather, they are starting to focus on whether the candidate is a “fit” for the offered vacancy in terms of their personal traits. What this actually means and how the candidate should be a “fit” is the subject of this article.
