Informality: currently the number one trend in HR

The job of an HR specialist has changed significantly in the last decade. While in the past HR departments used only to protect the interests of the given company and deal with formal issues concerning the workforce, today communication between employees and HR should be more of a dialogue whose aim is to motivate employees, create an inspiring working environment and provide effective communication between employees and management. But in order for employees and HR agents to find common ground, HR departments need to forget about formality.
