In the context of human resources, the present time might be defined as the "migration period". The reason is that many people are seeking jobs not because they are unemployed but rather, for one reason or another, they are dissatisfied in their current position. Here we provide the results of a recent survey among employees that shows in numbers where this tendency in employees is rooted.
