Overcoming age differences within a sales team

Having people of various age categories is, in many ways, enriching for the business team. Not only do experience, which comes with age, and creativity, which comes with youth, intermingle, but people of different ages can handle different clients.

Each customer prefers something different: some like the dynamism of youth, while more conservative clients feel better in the hands of an older and more experienced person. But how is it possible to keep the integrity of the team and good relations among colleagues when you have to deal with age differences?
