Don't let the deal „fade away“

Many salespeople have difficulties with following up on the negotiations (be it positive or negative) when dealing with a prospect. Many deals end up not in a success or failure, but in a sort of “fade-out”.

This scenario is mostly the salesperson's fault, because it's him or her who failed to follow a certain sequence of tasks and who let the prospect forget about the deal.
