Learn to detect signals that a client is planning to leave

There might be a number or reasons for a client's decision to leave you and try out your competition's product. It might be a decline in the quality of your product, a change in the demand of the client, or simply getting a better offer from your competition. It's in your best interest to detect the signals that the client is thinking about leaving, and to intervene as soon as possible so the situation can be saved.
